I know I can "speak" for more than myself when I scoff at Twinings teabags, but how does everyone else feel about
their loose leaf teas in the canisters?
Although I haven't had any of them in years (my local stores stopped carrying them for some reason), I enjoyed them quite a bit. These teas are actually how I started enjoying loose leaf teas in the first place! The teas in the canisters were MUCH better quality than the teas in the bags. I was excited to see that Amazon.com sells most of the varieties I used to drink, but I wish the tea was sold in smaller quantities. Six tins of tea doesn't seem practical, to me at least.
I wonder if my tastes have changed now that I'm acquiring a collection of good quality loose leaf teas, though.
I just wanted to see if anyone else had tried them and what the verdict was. They might even be an interesting tea to try for a STeaP episode, seeing as how the tea is better quality than the dust you'll find in their bags, but still quite mass produced. . :)
